SHIPPING A FRENCH BULLDOG PUPPY IN AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND
We have made quality our habit. It’s not something that we just strive for – we live by this principle every day.
HOW WE SHIP OUR FRENCH BULLDOG PUPPIES IN AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND
Champion French Bulldog Home™ can provide transport of our French Bulldog puppies to families across Australia and intermittently to families in New Zealand. There are a lot of well-founded concerns about interstate puppy travel from customers. Although our French bulldog puppies are shipped under varying conditions, there are standard practices and processes we can outline that are applicable to every puppy shipped from Champion French Bulldog Home™. All our processes are designed to ensure the health, wellbeing and comfort of the puppy before, during and after shipping. We do our most to alleviate stress during flight and we have experienced no fatal incidents related to shipping a puppy.
Every puppy we agree to ship out is supervised all through the process, travelling with a human companion representative from Champion French Bulldog Home™ to ensure that everything moves smoothly and according to plan. All puppies undergo appropriate medical checkups and conditioning before they are put on the trip.
We only facilitate shipping by air. This is the fastest and most direct way of getting your puppy to you. Any driving prospects should be undertaken by the customer and we’re always happy to set up appointments to receive customers. We ship out through the Perth Airport (PER). We may ship out of a neighboring airport if need be, to improve coordination. We may fly your puppy using any of the major airlines which may be Qantas, Virgin Air or the Regional Express (REX) Airlines. They provide a professional non-stop service for our Frenchies, making sure they are safe and comfortable throughout of the journey. The puppies are constantly monitored, ensuring they are fed, watered and kept at the right temperature. The travel crates we use are compliant with strict government and international regulations giving the French Bulldogs sufficient space to walk around.
Before the flight, the puppy would typically be fed a light meal about 6 to 7 hours before the flight. We also make sure to include a pet friendly first aid kit amongst the baggage. We train the puppies to get accustomed to a travel crate at our cattery before they are put on board. Every puppy sold by us is equipped with an ID collar with both the new owner and Champion French Bulldog Home™ contact information. The travel crate is would be lined with a comfortable blanket and a training pad for toilet time. Puppies to be shipped by Champion French Bulldog Home™ would typically be exercised before the flight so they are more inclined to sleep and be rested on the flight. We also monitor temperatures at the Brussels Airport and the landing airport in regards to the departure and landing times respectively. We would only select flights where temperatures would fall between 45°F (7°C) and 85°F(29°C).
We ship out puppies within 5 days after we’ve received payment. Payment for the puppy must be made in full along with the shipping charge ($300 - $450), before it can be shipped out. The shipping cost depends on the flight ticket costs to your location, for both the puppy and the courier companion.
Your puppy would be shipped out with a health certificate indicating that the puppy is healthy enough for travel, is free of diseases communicable to humans and has been properly vaccinated. We also provide a bill of Sale and a Champion French Bulldog Home™ issued pedigree. All these documents are standard issues from our breeding facility and are provided with every puppy sold.
You would be expected to go to the designated airport and pick your puppy up. You must bring along a printed-out bill of sale from Champion French Bulldog Home™ and a valid identity card for your puppy to be handed to you.
